A Live Nativity experience!
(Dec 12th, 5pm to 8pm & Dec 13th, 4pm to 8pm)
Christ Lutheran Church – Milford
will present a program for the Christmas holidays, involving the opportunity to travel to  Bethlehem as the people 2000 years ago did.
A tour experiencing shops, shepherds, wise men, Roman soldiers and tax collectors, will arrive at the manger where Jesus was born.
Travelers will be interacting during the journey with live actors and petting zoo style animals, as they discuss events with the community of those days. They will begin inside the church with a power point designed to bring our minds to the census journey that all in Israel made. After hearing from Mary and Joseph, they will then become an honorary part of a traveling family, and go outside to make their way to the manger.
Afterward everyone is invited to come inside for cookies and warm drinks.
There is no cost to attend.
We invite you to make this event a part of your Christmas celebration, as we remember the real reason for the season.
May God bless you for taking time to focus on these events in time.

“I Thank God for You”
1 Corinthians 1:4 I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; 5That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; 6Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: 7So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: 8Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.

“Of Sheep and Goats”
Matt. 25:32 and before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

“The Beauty of Sobriety”
1 Thess 5:6, “ So then let us not sleep, as others do, but let
us keep awake and be sober.”

Be Careful What You Wish For!
Amos 5:18, “Woe to you who desire the day of the Lord! Why would you have the day of the Lord? It is darkness, and not light.”

“After These Things”
Rev. 7:9-10, After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothedwith white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried witha loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which
sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

"Bound and Freed"
John 8:31-32, "So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, 'If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know
the truth, and the truth will set you free.' "

"From His Hand"
1 Chronicles 29:14 “But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able thus to offer willingly? For all things come from you,
and of your own have we given you.”

“Welcome to the Party!”
Isaiah 25:6: And in this mountain shall the LORD of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat
things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.

“The Upward Call of God”
Philippians 3:13-14: Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark
for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
